Refund policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds/exchanges, nor do we allow cancellations/returns. Please note, Chai Wicks reserves the right to refuse all returns.
In the event that a product arrives damaged, we will replace the item as quickly as possible. Please email Support@ChaiWicks.com within 3 days of receipt of the package. Include a photo of the damaged item(s) and shipping box, along with a description of the issue, and your Order Number to ensure a quick resolution. In the event a replacement item is unavailable, we will issue a store credit or refund at the customer's discretion.
